On this page, you will find the essential details regarding our daily rates, booking protocols, and travel logistics. We have refined these terms over generations to ensure that from the moment you leave the USA until your trophies are safely in your home, every expectation is met with professional excellence. Please review these details as you prepare for your adventure; they are designed to protect your investment and ensure your focus remains entirely on the spirit of the hunt.
Your Legendary Inclusions
To ensure a turn-key experience, your Daily Rate covers:

Elite Field Team: The services of an experienced Professional Hunter (PH), master trackers, and expert trophy skinners.

Safari Mobility: Exclusive use of a rugged, fully equipped 4x4 hunting vehicle.

Luxury Living: All-inclusive accommodations, gourmet meals, daily laundry service, and a selection of soft drinks and premium local wines.

Expert Trophy Care: Professional in-field preparation of all trophies and secure transportation to our trusted local Taxidermist or Dip & Pack facility.
Securing Your Legacy (Deposits & Payments)

Confirmation: A deposit of 60% of the daily rate (or as specified on your invoice) is required to secure your dates in the Monkane calendar.

Final Settlement: The remaining balance and all trophy fees are payable at the lodge before departure.

Payment Methods: We accept cash (USD) or major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Note: Due to international processing, a 2.8% transaction fee applies to credit card payments. We do not accept American Express (Amex).

Customising Your Package
We believe every legend is unique. Animals within a pre-set package may be substituted for other species at 50% of the standard trophy fee difference.
Cancellations & Peace of Mind
Your deposit represents a mutual commitment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Monkane Safaris.

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless notice is given more than 6 months prior to the hunt. In such cases, the deposit may be rolled over to a safari the following year.
Insurance & Liability
While we exercise the utmost care for your safety and belongings, all clients are required to arrange their own comprehensive travel and accident insurance. Monkane Safaris cannot be held liable for illness, accidents, or loss of property.

Arrival & Transfers: We coordinate with professional shuttle services for all airport transfers. To ensure efficiency, we may group transfers for hunters arriving at similar times.

Rifle Import Permits: Every firearm brought into South Africa requires a legal import permit. We recommend visiting for expert guidance on this process.
